Is there such a thing as being ‘too’ informed?; The sneaky way too much information takes away our happiness…

“There is nothing either good or bad but thinking makes it so.”-William Shakespeare

Activism is making a comeback in today’s world. We live in a time where information is traded and readily available to us at the click of a button, so it’s no surprise that things like conspiracy theories, government files, news stories and injustices happening all over the globe are being dissected & analyzed by all those who pride themselves on being “informed.” Traveling deep into the web of information on the internet can have us uncovering reports from anything to the world is actually flat to the government is dropping chemicals in the sky that are dumbing us down to be mindless sheep. But is being so “informed” helping us or actually working against us?

The truth of the matter and ironically the truth about actual physical matter is that energy is everything. Nothing actually exists outside of the energetic signature it represents in our play of reality. Each thing, every news story, every person, every place represents a symbol of consciousness that we have either assigned power to, or dismissed as not relevant. But here’s the kicker, the symbols of consciousness in MY reality, are not going to be the same in YOURS, the belief system of the individual sets the rules! What this means is, just because someone may believe that the chemtrails they see in the sky (for example) are the reason they are sick or tired or feeling out of sorts, doesn’t mean that HAS to be true in your world. You are the most powerful being in your dimension of consciousness (your world, your ‘reality’), which means your BELIEFS are what life is shaped around, not the other way around! The more we “believe” in terrorism, chemtrails, illuminati, chemicals in the food, are ruining our lives, our health, our safety & peace of mind, the more our conscious mind is prompted to find evidence of such. In the example above, a person blaming their flu-like symptoms on chemtrails is essentially the same as someone blaming the fact that they killed their ex on mercury in retrograde. In each person’s reality the things they have given their POWER AWAY to are what are being blamed for adversity, and tecnically both are “right” (since each person gets to set the belief systems they have given their attention to in their world). In essence, the more one believes in things outside of them having the ability to take away their safety, inner peace, freedom, health, the more they will attract situations that prove to them this subconscious belief.

Take back your power. What are the things, or rather belief systems that you have given your power away to that are responsible for making you feel unhappy? “Women never get paid as much as men, that’s why I can’t succeed,”, “No one will ever like someone like me,” “The world is run by criminals, they are taking away our freedom and everyone is dumb enough to let them,” are some common belief systems that sneakily take away our power. The goal is to believe in the benevolence of the universe and the power that resides within. What many activists and those that spread conspiracy information etc… don’t realize is that they are supporting the very causes they seem to hate! By supporting the very notion that there is something to fight “against” actually re-enforces the alleged strength of their perceived enemy! If a million people got on-line and started to say “fight against the leaves on trees! The government is putting poison in the leaves and it’s making people sick! Don’t touch any trees, they’re a hoax planted by the goverment to kill us!” Eventually people are going to start at least be slightly doubtful of the world in general and those that really go in will start to believe in the malicious and powerfulness of the government and the trees! This attention and belief being focused on something OTHER THAN THEMSELVES only diminishes their own faith in a higher intelligence that resides within and the power they themselves have to create their reality through their belief systems. If you truly want to change the world, tell people to go within, find their inner strength, their authentic nature and believe in themselves. Tell people they have the power to be happy, fulfilled, to feel content and at peace NO MATTER WHAT outside reality looks like. But show compassion, not every one you meet in life will have the same mindset as this, for instance let’s say you meet a starving person, this is where we must take a solution oriented approach. If you meet a starving person, and you have food, feed them. You never know how your kindness and compassion of another human being might be just the catalyst they needed to begin to have faith in the benevolence of the universe again. May you all be blessed with the reclaiming of your power from every person, place, and thing you have given it away to.

This one question reveals how aligned with mastery you are

“You’ll get everything you want, when having it doesn’t matter.”-Matt Kahn

Your perspective is what ultimately holds the key in unlocking newer and higher possibilities and outcomes for your life. Notice those with a limited perspective will often blame alleged adversities on things such as, “I guess I just attract toxic people,” or “I guess I’m just a failure and not good at accomplishing things,” or even “I guess this is just how life is, things are just going to suck for me.” Whereas, those with a more expanded level of consciousness and imagination will look at the same types of adversity and say things such as, “this is only showing up in my life to help me in some way, so what has this situation taught me about myself?” or “If something didn’t work out as I planned it must be for a very good reason. The universe within me only has my best interests at heart, so if something isn’t working it may be time to redirect my focus” or “what can I extract from this situation that has given me a better idea of what I want out of life (or a person or a job) or even, what I DON’T want out of life or a person or a job?” The more expanded your “truth” is, the more you allow miraculous solutions to your adversities into your reality.  The question you must ask yourself in any given situation is this: “How happy does my “truth” (or in reality your perspective of a situation) make me?” When we look at things in terms of , “I guess I just suck, this is how things are, and there’s no hope of things getting better for me” we come to a very miserable outlook on our life’s circumstances. This definitive, “things just suck for me,” outlook actually blocks out higher potential outcomes to come in, because a belief is what sets the parameters for the rules of our “game”. Truth be told, things like misery, fear, sadness or frustration are actually showing you how OUT OF alignment you are with source energy that lives within you, aka your inner mastery. Notice the more aligned you are with mastery and source energy the more your perspective allows for you to be aligned with faith, trust, joy, relaxation, ease, and inner peace, no matter what happens! Faith is something that takes years to cultivate and the less inclined we are to control every outcome and trust the universe, the more power the universe gives us to consciously manifest outcomes. It’s all a very ironic game of, the more you NEED something to happen in order to be happy, the farther you are away from getting it, but the more you allow yourself to feel joy and fulfillment REGARDLESS of what is happening in your outer reality, the more inclined the universe is to bring you more and more things to celebrate and enjoy!

Overcoming Self-Defeating Habits Energetically

enlightenimage5

You know all of those things you do on a daily, or maybe it’s weekly or monthly basis that you feel completely ashamed about and remorseful after you do them? Maybe it’s indulging in way too much processed foods even though you know the detrimental effects they have on your body, or maybe it’s the occasional cigarette even though you technically “quit” months ago. As we’ve all heard by now, our subconscious belief systems are what determine our reality and what choices we make a majority of the time. So how do we use this plus the laws of energy in order to unravel these self-defeating habits once and for all? The answer (as always in this spiritual journey).. duh duh duhhhh LOVE. The integration of the ego (awakening process) is about unraveling each judgment we have against ourselves, so that we may be brought back into alignment with our divine nature or also known as unconditional love. The things you can’t seem to “stop” doing are actually the things in which you have spent the most “energy” judging yourself because of. Let’s say you have been on a ‘diet’ of some sort your whole life, well that’s a lot of time and energy spent focused around food AND not to mention, how many times have you used food as a means to either judge yourself as “good” or “bad”(when I eat the broccoli I’m good, but the brownie I’m bad)? In the game of energy, the only thing that can heal and transform our judgments is love. So in order to break through unhealthy patterns we must first use complete honesty as our guide as to where the place inside of our heart that needs love the most in order to heal. In the case of the dieter who wants to stop eating, the most honest confession firstly may sound something like, “I don’t know how to stop judging myself because of the foods I eat, I surrender this issue to the light of divinity to resolve on my behalf” (and at this point send love to this judgment) Or for those with a spiritually decorated ego structure, we’ve all heard that judgment and non-self love is ‘bad’ and not appropriate for the spiritual seeker that we are, so we may even say, “I don’t know to stop judging myself FOR judging myself about what foods I eat, I surrender this to the light of divinity to resolve on my behalf, I love you judgment, I love you.” Now, here’s the “tricky” part. You must be completely fine with making any decision you want to make after that, if the next day you eat a plate full of brownies, Enjoy them! And keep enjoying and sending love to EVERY DECISION YOU MAKE, and every feeling you have thus after. Once the ego is no longer being judged because of the decisions it’s making, no one is chastising it for anything, the need to make these decisions no longer is needed. Who wants to act bad when no one is telling you your behavior is bad anymore? But if you eat the brownies and you still feel that overwhelming pang of judgment on yourself, then it’s back to step one, loving the judgment, loving the judgment of the judgment, etc. Once ALLLLLL feelings, judgments belief systems are loved UNCONDITIONALLY, our higher self expands which translates into “bad” habits or behaviors dropping naturally. NO effort required! So just love everything about yourself. Nothing is “bad” until you have named it as such, and one day you will have loved yourself so much that having an occasional brownie won’t even make you flinch, nor will eating healthy/being healthy all day long either. NO judgment, all love, you are more powerful than you think 🙂

The World is Only Reflecting Back to You What You Are

defeatimage3

Have you ever noticed that happy, peaceful people seem to see a world that is becoming more loving, accepting and open minded? And people who seem to be negative or are always complaining about things seem to be convinced that this world is “going to hell in a handbasket.” Why do you think that is? What many do not realize is that the world is only a reflection of our inner world. The more shadow we have in our emotional and mental body the more shadow we see in the world. You can quite literally measure how well you are doing in your spiritual journey or personal development by focusing on your perception of the world and of others. When our light within grows we stop resonating with the “shadow” parts of the world and actually don’t see things from this perspective any longer. While some may say this is, “turning a blind eye,” those who are more rooted in their light don’t see it as a complete denial of the darkness, but rather from a broader perspective which allows them to see the good and the divine in all things. From a higher and more loving level of awareness, people who are committing crimes or nations at war with one another are seen as cries for help from nations of people who are in so much suffering and pain that their only outlet is to fight with one another. However, even though the world is not yet “perfect” (whatever that means),  we are discarding old energies through all of these travesties in the world. Nothing is happening that is not supposed to be happening. When we are more rooted in shadow we find ourselves at war with life, and approaching each moment as “this should NOT be happening,” it needs to STOP. When we are rooted in light and awareness we see that all things are happening FOR our benefit. In a benevolent universe, nothing happens that is not evolving us to the next stage of our spiritual growth and bringing us closer to unconditional love. Take the time today to reflect on what angers you about the world and others still. See how you might see this situation from a different perspective, or how the emotions brought up in you because of these situations are only your heart crying out for your own unconditional compassion and love for yourself. When we become the only thing we are concerned about, the world around us begins to change automatically.

Align With Love

This is a long post and there is not much mention of Twin Flames, but the concepts are very import an for everyone, especially for the Twin Flames. It is worth the read.

“That love that knows no bounds…. I’ve never regretted giving into love… Giving into love has always provided me with the most exciting experiences I have known in my lifetime…”

-Elise

There is something to be said for this thing called love. This thing that we experience that turns our world upside down and causes us to do things we never thought we were capable of. This thing that changes us inside and out. Reframes our perspectives and causes us to see things in a whole new light. This thing that inspires us to break our own rules. To see things from another person’s point of view and to reach heights of empathetic understandings that we have…

Losing Who You Thought You Were, Discovering Who You Truly ARE

There will be a time on your spiritual journey where you become unrecognizable to your own self. Things that used to upset you, no longer bother you. People that used to bring about negative emotional reactions from you, either drop out of your life naturally, or you notice their behavior changes. Their behavior is different because you are different. The world as you used to see it no longer exists, because your relationship with yourself has changed, thereby changing your perspective of life. This may feel a little disconcerting at first. The declutching from our own egos and minds may feel slightly strange and unnerving because we are quite literally learning how to navigate through the world from our new sense of self. Our old self is a thing of the past, and when we don’t find ourselves reacting in the same old way to the same old problems we may feel like we are completely losing a sense of who we are. If this is the stage that you are at, Perfect! This means your consciousness is evolving. As long as we remain completely open and accepting of this new stage in our evolution it will take us to states of being we have not previously been at. Yes, it may be scary at first. We had become so attached to our things, and people, and our beliefs about ourselves, that when the attachments start to break we feel a little shaky. If we allow this inner peace to emerge, one that is no longer attached to the illusory “sense of self”, and to external reality, we find that an overwhelming sense of calm overtakes us. An authentic version of our being begins to emerge showing us that all those things that we thought we “needed” or were worried about, were never anything to stress about in the first place. Life is moving us along in the exact path we are supposed to be on if only we become comfortable in the “unknowingness” of it all. We are starting to feel states of consciousness that we have not previously experienced, and our only task is to trust that it is bringing us to a place of embodying more of our true selves, which ultimately means more happiness, love and inner peace for ourselves and those around us.

Your Approval of Yourself is All that is Required

Your validation, approval, and acceptance of yourself should be your number one priority. When we look to others to tell us how “good” we are or how “worthy” we are, we set ourselves up for disappointment. Not everyone will love us, not everyone will hate us, but that is not for us to be concerned with. Another person’s opinion of you is none of your business. The more we UNCONDITIONALLY love and approve of ourselves, we find that we naturally stop giving power to others to make us feel any “less than”. As we become completely rooted in our own self assurance and confidence we find that we start to attract other people who not only love and accept themselves, but also love and accept us for who we are. If we see that everyone we meet is mirroring back to us aspects of ourselves, we see that in our own complete love of our self we meet others who are reflecting back to us this belief. Not only that, but when we realize that other people we meet are only operating from their OWN individual perception of reality, and that the way they see us has nothing to do with us, but is merely an indication of their own relationship with themselves, we stop taking things personally. People will treat us the way they feel about themselves, and our level of love and acceptance of ourselves will determine whether or not we choose to put up with their treatment of us. When we love ourselves, we naturally gravitate away from those who treat us in a manner that is not conducive to the acceptance and unconditional love we have shown ourselves. There’s only one person to focus on… YOU! The sooner we love all of our perceived “negative” aspects or “shortcomings”, is the sooner that we are able to work through them and they no longer bother us. The ego cannot taunt us with our own flaws if we have surrendered to them, accepted them, and we have loved ourselves anyway…

The Lesson Lies in Your Perception

Very often we come across situations in life or people that make us ask, “Why is this happening to me??!” Well, there is always a lesson to be learned… and the lesson lies in your perception. How you perceive a situation or a person is the answer to the question. For example, let’s say you get fired from your job. Your perception of the situation is anger, resentment, and a “how could they do this to me” point of view. In this instance, one must A. accept the ‘what is’- which is that they were fired. This is the fact, and this is the only thing that is true, even though our ego would like to build up a story about the “why” it happened, for instance, we may start saying to ourselves, “The boss is an idiot, they were jealous of me & they knew I knew more than them, so they fired me” or you may say, “Ughhhh, I can’t get anything right! I must have done something wrong and they fired me”…. both stories are the ego’s way of reinforcing a deep rooted belief, by building up it’s own reason in our minds. However, it may not be true. Or it may be true. We really do not know for sure. So if we stay focused on the ‘what is”, we learn the art of accepting a situation as it is. The next thing we are required to do in order to extract the “lesson” from any given event, is to really pay attention to these stories our ego is saying. Are the stories reinforcing a belief that we are too good, or that we aren’t good enough, or that others are out to get us, etc… These “stories” are the indication to what we need to work on. They all stem from a fear that needs to be confronted. Most likely in a situation such as a lost job, the fear would be that we are not worthy, that we are invaluable or that we are not ‘good enough’. Since our ego doesn’t want to see itself as the “problem”, it will start blaming the company, the boss, another co-worker etc… Or, maybe our ego is the one that always sees itself as the problem, in a case of a “low-self esteem” ego. In this instance our ego may take everything personally & it always assumes fault as the reason for any trouble in our lives. In either case, our perception of a situation is the indicator as to something we need to work on, a place that we are holding on to some fear. The only answer is to love ourselves unconditionally… love even the part of us that fears not being enough, not being valuable, or the one that fears others being jealous of them or that fears shining it’s light too bright. Once we have loved the part of us that is afraid, the fear can no longer bother us. At this point we can start transmuting the fear back in to high vibration love energy. We must stay focused on the “what is”… Even if the ‘what is” is that we are afraid to vulnerable, we are afraid to trust, whatever it may be. Only in complete and utter honesty with ourselves are we able to get to the root of our issues. Once we start resonating more in love instead of fear, we will find that our lives start to flow more smoothly. We can handle life’s ups and downs as they come without too much resistance and we also find that we were in fact not running our lives at all. There is always a higher intelligence at work, one that is trying to move us forward at the fastest rate possible. In the complete trust of this higher intelligence, we realize that even though some situation may look bad on the outside, something good ALWAYS comes from any perceived bad event. Our only task is to keep being honest with ourselves, keep loving ourselves UNCONDITIONALLY, and trusting that we will always be moving forward as long as stop resisting life as it comes. Lessons are moved through at lightning speed once we start to become acutely aware of how our ego processes each situation… The lesson lies in your perception.
